Lily of the Valley is one of my favorite flowers, along with Gardenias and Hydrangeas. It was the second print I created and has been very popular from its beginning.
Legend has it that Lily of the Valley sprang from Eve's tears when she was exiled from the Garden of Eden. On a less biblical note, It’s also my mothers favorite flower, print and scent. I grew up seemingly surrounded by them so it makes sense I’d make a print based on them.
Everyone seems to have a special love for Lily of the Valley, I sometimes wonder why this is. Is it because it’s a favorite of royal brides? Probably. Is it because Queen Victoria, Grace Kelly and Kate Middleton love them? Most certainly. Or, maybe because this delicate, beautiful little flower is said to bring good luck? Yes, yes and yes!

Robes can be machine washed, tumble dried and ironed. They have been washed multiple times in the printing process so they will not shrink.

This is my 3rd robe from Heidi Carey the first two were cotton floral and they are 5 stars the blue quilted one I can’t give 5 stars to because there are no waist ties on the inside to keep robe fitted. But I’ll give it 4 stars!
