I had a great aunt paint the original painting for my mother as a wedding gift and I worked with an artist to give the painting a new life on cotton.

I love buying from small businesses, especially women-owned. And I love handcrafted items too. The nightshirt is beautiful and beautifully made and it is perfect for summer, as is the nightgowns. I only wish there was a matching nightshirt to the botanical nightgown I bought. It is my favorite!!!

The fabric was much more thin than I thought and would have been more pleased if the fabric had more substance to it .

Just received my tulip nightshirt with scalloping and it is every bit as lovely in person as it is on the website. Im very pleased with this nightshirt its just classy and very beautiful. The only thing I would do differently next time is size up one size just to give a little extra room. I haven't laundered the nightshirt yet, I hope it doesn't shrink even a tiny bit or it'll be too tight across the shoulders. I highly recommend Heidi Carey products, so far the few things I've received have been top quality and very well made.
